RLXD Limited is responsible for your data (the “controller”). We’re registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, reference ZC202215. For anything about your data, email privacy@rlxd.co.uk.

If you register your interest: your email address, a record that you agreed to hear from us and when, and whether and when you confirmed the address. Until you confirm, we also keep a scrambled copy of the code in your confirmation link, so we can recognise it. That’s all. We don’t ask for your name, phone number or anything else.

First, to send you one email with a link to confirm the address is yours. Until you confirm, we don’t send you anything else. After that, only to email you when RLXD launches, and now and then with news about RLXD. We never sell your address or share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Our legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing privacy@rlxd.co.uk.

In RLXD’s own database, hosted in London. The companies that host our systems and send our emails handle it on our behalf, under contract and only on our instructions. If any of them processes it outside the UK, it stays protected by the safeguards UK data protection law requires.

If you don’t confirm your address, we delete it 7 days after we send the confirmation email. Once you’ve confirmed, we keep it for as long as you want updates from us. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you straight away, keep a record of your opt-out for a limited time so we can show we’ve respected it, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete your address at any time.

Our hosting provider records technical details such as your IP address and browser type, so it can deliver this website and protect it from abuse. We rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure website, and we don’t use these details to identify you.

This website doesn’t set any cookies, and it doesn’t use analytics, advertising or tracking tools of any kind. Everything on it, including the typeface, is served from this site.

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or object to or restrict how we use it. Email privacy@rlxd.co.uk and we’ll respond within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (opens in a new tab).
